Thank you to all the writers who participated in this year's contest, and the parents and teachers who supported them. Special thanks to École Massillon for hosting the Awards Party; Lene Scharling of the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI) for her graphics work; the SCBWI for funding the Contest; the Red Wheelbarrow Bookstore for providing the prizes, and Judith House of HarperCollins UK for donating the first-place Book Journals. For those of you who were unable to attend the Awards Party, please note that there is a participation certificate for every student who submitted a story, and all certificates (as well as prizes for the winners) that were not collected at the party are available for pick-up at The Red Wheelbarrow Bookstore.
